I have a frozen 1password i purchased in 2016. The key is no longer valid. I purchased a subscription yesterday but when I open a new account and put in my email it say already used. If I click on existing account it ask for security which i no longer have. How do I get around this problem. Can only open primary account but does not fill in on anything i open.using 1password 6 and purchased 1password7. mac 10.13.6. using iCloud readonly
