1 password behaviour with change password screens

I was doing a password reset procedure on a website. I’ve got a video but I can’t attach it which captures the behaviour.

Effectively I had to generate the password in the app separately and then manukau cut and paste it into the form because when I got to the reset page 1Password and/or safari didn’t understand it was a password reset screen with only the password field on it (twice). It would neither allow me to generate a new password nor autofill the manually generated password into the fields. (The video only covers the second part of that process)
