Standalone but want to convert to subscription

Started years ago with subscription account but along the way picked up a subscription... I haven't a clue what the credentials are. I've tried to get log in info and found an old key but they don't match anything I know or have access to.
Can you please delete the subscription account so that I can create new and get into. I downloaded version of 7 and can't use it unless I create a whole new account with an email address I don't want to use.
