Convert team account to individual
When I signed up I must have signed up for a team account. My free trial is over and I'm happy to pay for an individual plan so I'm wondering how I can convert this over.

There is no direct conversion process to go from 1Password Teams to an individual membership. The best way to do this would be to create a new individual membership, sign into that in addition to your current 1Password Teams account, and then copy everything from the old to the new. Then you can delete the 1Password Teams membership.
