Just installed 7.2.1 - simply isn't working

I just installed version 7.2.1 and signed up for trial membership. However, when I click the icon in the browser nothing happens. I get no drop down to select a log in like I did with version 6. Also, when I open the app and click "open and fill" for a login entry nothing happens.

Help! I'm dead in the water.

Extension Version: 7.2.1
OS Version: 10.13.6
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Hi @BasilFawlty

    Which browser are you having trouble with? Which version of that browser? And which version of the extension in the browser? V7.2.1 is not a version of the browser extension.

    Safari 12.0. When I look at the extensions in Safari Preferences, it does say "1Password 7.2.1 from 1Password 7 (See attached picture)

    @BasilFawlty: Everything looks good, but something may be hung up. Please restart your Mac and give it another go.

    So far that seems to have done the trick for me. More questions will be posted in separate thread as I have them. Thanks.
