Add "convert to login" option to mobile apps. Allow auto-filling of passwords that aren't logins.

On Android, it appears the Auto fill service will not use passwords that are classified only as "passwords" (i.e. no user name associated).

The desktop app has a "convert to login" feature that would be useful here.

But also, I think the auto-fill should just pick up password only records
