Hey, @AndersLundgren, welcome to the forum and the 1Password family! I'm so sorry to hear you lost your Master Password while away – what awful timing! We absolutely can help you delete your current account and start over with the same e-mail if needed, but that will take any data you've saved with it. Even if you haven't saved anything yet and aren't worried about starting from scratch, there is one thing you can try on your own that might be quicker, especially while traveling.
You mentioned both Android and iOS devices. Are you able to unlock 1Password on either with Touch ID/Face ID or fingerprint unlocking? If so, look for a Login item titled "1Password Account". That's part of the Starter Kit created for you when you create your account and should have your Master Password saved as the password. You can reveal it (tap the password field, then tap reveal) so you can jot it down.
If that trick doesn't work or you're not able to unlock on any device, send us an e-mail to support@1password.com from the e-mail address registered on your account letting us know you'd like to start over. You should receive an autoreply with a Support ID. Drop that ID here and that'll help me hunt down your e-mail so I can help you delete your existing account and get set up with a new one ASAP. Again, this will delete any data you've saved as well, so just keep that in mind when deciding whether to start over. :+1:

Have tried to no avail.
Pls erase everything and I'll start over again.
Good news is - nothing stored so far as it was just a few days. Bad news is - need to admit being sloppy. (which I can live with, but still...)
Pls erase and if possible send me a notification / heads up when done. If not, I will just wait a couple of days and try new set up.
Thx for your kind assistance.

Hi @AndersLundgren,
In order to help we will need you to email us at support@1password.com from the email address registered with the 1Password account. As you can imagine any request like this has to be handled carefully to ensure we're only communicating with the account holder.
