I lost my secret key and want to cancel my trial. I do not want my card to be charged.

As I am also unable to do a password reset for the account I am asking about without a secret key, I had to create this second account in order to ask this question on your forum. I have no way of retrieving the secret key through the cookies in my browser or the data in the app as it the data was not synced before I deleted the app. I do not wish to start a membership and got an email yesterday that the trial ends "in 4 days" and to add a credit card or the account will be frozen. I am certain that a credit card was in fact already provided and therefore that I will be charged if someone isn't able to help me cancel this. Please help.
