Hello,
I recently replaced my broken iphone X to new iPhone X. After I restored my iphone from iCloud, I can't open iPassword App. It just crashes. I deleted the app and installed again, it works before I enabled FaceID. Once I actiavted faceID the app crashes again. I have many logins stored, only wat to get restoring from my iCloud backup. @zaxidal: I think there may be some confusion. This is the support forum for 1Password by AgileBits. If you had "1Password Pro", this would not run on an iPhone X (or newer) at all, as it was a 32-bit app created in 2010, and 32-bit apps are not supported at all on iOS 11 or newer. If you're using an app with a different name than 1Password, which it appears you are, we won't be able to help with that. You'd need to contact the responsible party. We only make 1Password.

I apologize. Yes you are right. I did confuse with 1 password with iPassword. Thanks for your response

No need to apologize! Could have easily been a typo, so I wanted to make sure we're on the same page. It's just not something we have experience with, but hopefully you'll be able to get the help you need. Take care! :)
