i need help recovering my vault

I bought the app through ITunes many years ago. Just got a new phone and now cannot find how to access my vault even though I backed up my phone before switching phones.

    iTunes does not generally back up 1Password data. We have heard some limited success stories from folks who only have iTunes backups to work from who have restored the same backup a second time. If that is all you have to work with it may be worth trying that. It seems in some cases iTunes does actually back up the data but when restoring there is some sort of race condition that can happen where the restoration process attempts to restore the data first before the app is installed, which fails. Restoring again, when the app is already installed on the destination device, seems to help, in those cases.

    With 1Password membership your encrypted data is automatically securely stored on 1Password.com so all you’d need to do to regain access from a new / different device is sign in to your membership account. If you’re not using a subscription membership and are instead using a standalone vault we recommend making regular backups and also syncing via iCloud or Dropbox:

    This actually worked for me and I wanted to come back and thank you for responding to my post and helping me to get my info back. That was a really big deal for me and I appreciate you taking time out to help me.
