IPhone 8 (IOS 12.0) suddenly not synching
I Phone no longer synchs with I Mac or I Pad when it had been working flawlessly for months. I confirmed that the vaults are the same on all devices. I have disabled synch on I Phone and enabled again. It shows it is synching on I Phone, but updated data is not passed to I Phone. (It was passed to I Pad so I know that the I Mac is sending it out properly.) The issue is with my I Phone.

Thank you Ben,
I followed all instructions above as best I could. I did delete 1PW on my iPhone and later reinstalled and re-synched. I still have the old data on the iPhone and not the correct passwords that are on my Mac and I Pad. So, nothing has improved. In reinstalling 1PW on the phone, I suspect that I have signed up for yet another charge from Agile as I saw no option otherwise. (I am a 1PW plus subscriber.)
Again, only the I Phone is the issue - the I Pad replicates with no issue. Could this be correlated with a recent IOS upgrade from Apple on my phone?0 -
I wouldn’t assume the iOS upgrade has anything to do with it. To get a better idea of what is going on ‘under the hood’ I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from your iPhone and one from your iPad:
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
support+forum@agilebits.com
.With your email please include:
- A link to this thread:

- Your forum username:

That way I can "connect the dots" when I see your diagnostics in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so I can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once I see the diagnostics I'll be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Ben - note, my IPAD has the same issue as my iPhone. I was confused when I said it was fine. I had it confused with my MacBook Pro that is replicating fine with my Mac. Both the iPhone and iPad do not replicate/synch the data down from the MacBook Pro.0
