New MacBook; 1PW in read-only mode; can't select license file - greyed out

Have family membership purchased in 2013 directly from agilebits. Just purchased new MacBook for daughter. I believe license file is in iCloud so on new machine. Downloaded 1PW ver 7 and it finds data fine but in read-only mode. Try to add the license file (in iCloud drive) but won't allow seemingly because it is "greyed-out". Not sure what to do.

    As Rosanne, Rosanna-Dana would say "Never Mind".

    After more looking on the forum, I now realize my daughter unknowingly download 1PW 7 which we are not licensed for. Downloaded PW 6 and all-is-well.

    Ah, gotcha. Indeed, she'd need to install and register the version she purchased for that to work. Glad you were able to get it sorted. :)
