@flands: Brenty had replied to your e-mail that you had sent us and Ben had just resent that reply yesterday. This is something we'd need to handle via e-mail since we do need to verify your identity as the account holder in order to apply that refund – did you receive either Brenty's reply or the one Ben resent yesterday afternoon? Have you checked your spam folder, by chance?
