I bound my credit card, but I don't want to subscribe.
But deduction after the end of the trial period one year cost.
Can I apply for a refund?

    @flands: I'm not sure why you'd setup billing for your account if you didn't want to pay for it, but I'll follow up with you via support@1password.com to take a look.

    @Ben I received a reminder email from the forum, but I didn't solve my problem.

  • @flands: Brenty had replied to your e-mail that you had sent us and Ben had just resent that reply yesterday. This is something we'd need to handle via e-mail since we do need to verify your identity as the account holder in order to apply that refund – did you receive either Brenty's reply or the one Ben resent yesterday afternoon? Have you checked your spam folder, by chance?
