requested 3 days --- still waiting for my account to be request

Hi, I have request reset account since three days ago, since I need to use it, I would have to create another account in order to import old data and start use 1Password. Due to not having the 1password for a while; I need to work on all accounts that have POPT in a very difficult way.

Who can follow up and give me a time line about how long reset account can be done?

    Hi @The_Sherman

    I apologize for the delay. The team that handles resets is currently innundated with a huge volume of requests. They’re working through them as quickly as possible. Please note that sending additional emails will only further delay the process as they work on requests in the order they are received from the oldest to the newest. When you write in again it bumps you into the newest.

    I’ll see what I can do to get this expedited for you.
