Reinstalling Safari extension

After a surprising amount of trouble with the Safari extension becoming disconnected from the app, I recently followed the troubleshooting recommendation which the extension itself linked, which begins "uninstall the browser extension."

It seems that, since the Safari extension is now bundled with the app, it's impossible to reinstall it manually without fully reinstalling the 1Password app. Am I missing something? Is there a way to install the Safari extension without downloading and re-running the whole app installer?

@jrk - there isn't. You may need to quit Safari, un-check the box in 1Password Preferences > Browsers called "Always keep 1Password extension helper running", then Quit 1Password and the Mini by typing ^⌥⌘Q (or just holding down the Control and Option keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu). Restart 1Password 7 for Mac and re-check that box, then restart Safari, and you should be set. If you're still having trouble, can you send along the URL for the troubleshooting steps you saw/followed? Thanks.
