readonly database error, cant do anyting... no answer to my support ticket after 36 hours

Maybe some support person can pick this is up here :-(

even sent them a diagnostic report on my own...

    Welcome to the forum, @convivio! I'm sorry for the trouble and the delay in our response. We answer user support emails in the order they're received, and due to the recent release of macOS 10.14 (“Mojave”) as well as 1Password 7 for Mac and 1Password 7 for Windows, we're experiencing some higher-than-average volumes right now.

    One tip for any future email support issues is that the system looks at the time-stamp of the most-recent in the conversation to determine which tickets are oldest, which means that if you send an email and then send additional later follow-ups before you get a reply from one of us, you're just bumping yourself to the back of the line each time you do so.
