Account Recovery Problems

One of my team members requested an Account Recovery, and I got the email notifying me to it. When I clicked through to Complete Recovery, his profile only says "Begin Recovery", and in the list as a whole his account is listed as Active and not Recovery Started. I have the permissions to Complete Recovery so I'm not sure on which end the issue is.

    It could be that there is another administrator on your team account that either canceled or completed the recovery before you got there. If that's not the case, let me know and I can look into it further with you.
