my account for the company has been frozen as we're in the middle of a migration

Hi,

We've just completed a 1password.com to 1password.eu migration for our company and it seems the new account (e.u) hasnt been migrated from a billing perspective and has now been frozen.

Can we please get assistance on this ASAP.

It seems my account manager / contact has missed this

    What is the support ID you've been working with your account rep under? I'm not seeing any recent emails from the email address you're using here. We're not able to assist with payment issues in this public forum but I'd be happy to ping your rep for you to have them follow up.
