not receiving email with 6-digit code to create account

I just upgraded to 1Password 7, and have been using previous versions with a license and syncing via Dropbox. When I try to create an account so that I can switch to a subscription account, I do not receive the 6-digit code that you're emailing me. I'm recieving other emai (including a password reset from this support forum). It's been over 2 hours, and I've tried twice to receive a code. Not a great way to start a new relationship...

    Hello, I'm giving this a bump since without a subscription, my 1Password app is now read-only, and the installation of 1Password 7 disables 1Password 6. So I'm kinda urgently needing to get this code as I'm dead in the water. Please help ASAP!!

    Nevermind. I'm using a different email account, and the email came through almost instantly. Something must be wrong between your email and my email. Thanks anyway

    I'm sorry you had so much trouble with your email provider, but glad to hear that using another account allowed you to receive the email. If you'll share the details with us at support@1password.com we can look into it, though we don't have any direct control over 3rd parties. Just post the Sport ID you receive here so I can track it down. Enjoy your weekend! :)
