IOS12 Password Autofill - details

Hello!

Could you tell me a bit more about Password Autofill.

When autofilling works, IOS asks 1Password each time - do you know the passwords for this domain? And the 1Password returns a list of logins for future selection.

Or does the 1Password inform the system in advance which domains it knows, and this information is stored somewhere in the depths of IOS?
