Is a local vault edited with 1P v7 still accessible with v6?

If I upgrade 1P v6 to a v7 membership, but I still have a local vault shared with someone else via Dropbox, will that vault (edited by me in v7) still be accessible to a different person who uses v6?
In other words is the .opvault file compatible between 1P v6 and v7?
If not, I cannot upgrade until the other people also upgrade; otherwise we will no longer be able to share 1P data.

    @bud,

    The OPVault format is an interchange format between two copies of 1Password, not the actual storage format for the vault in your local copy of 1Password. As such it is highly compatible between different versions of 1Password.
