NEED HELP (Forgot MasterPass from my1password.com Account)

Hey there,

I just installed 1Password 7 and would like to start a subscription via my 1Password Account.

I have the Email-Address aswell as the Secret Key but the Master Password is something I can't remember and not identical to my existing standalone vault master password.

Is there a way to delete my Account so I can just make new one, I have my Passwords backed up so this would be the best way.

    Welcome to the forum, @RXTE! There is indeed. The usual way to delete an account is by signing into it and doing so via your profile. But of course, if you can't sign in, that's a bit of a Catch-22. In your case, please shoot us an email to suppor+forum@1password.com from the email address you used to sign up for the 1password.com account and include a link to this thread. Thanks. :)
