When upgrading from Team to Business, do we get access to historical activity tracking?
We are planning to upgrade from Teams to Business, but wanted to understand a few details prior to making the switch:
- Do we get access to historical activity tracking? or only future tracking?
- Can the free family memberships be retroactively applied to individuals who recently switched to family not knowing it was a feature of Business?
- Can you give an example of the type of reporting that's available to Business plans?

It can only show you information that's been collected, so you'll get more granular details after making the account change.

Yep! The free 1Password Families membership works as a voucher that is applied to the account's billing settings. So they can use it with their existing account, and don't have to create another new one.
Can you give an example of the type of reporting that's available to Business plans?
