1 Password Disappeared from my iPhone

1 Password has disappeared from my iPhone and I have been unable to retrieve it or the information. I have separate purchases of 1 password on my ipad and Mac but obviously my phone is where I need the information the most. Please advise the way forward.

    Hi @Cheron

    Do you have the iOS feature "Offload Unused Apps" enabled? Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage to check:

    If so you may want to consider disabling that. You can download 1Password for iOS here:

    1Password 7 for iOS - iTunes App Store

    Also -- especially considering you're using 1Password across multiple platforms, you may want to consider 1Password membership.
