I have paid for an annual subscription for mac but my account is now frozen?

I paid for a subscription for 1password 7 automatically on september 18, 2018 after my trial month ended. However my account has been frozen since september 17, 2018. I am confused because there was a charge to my credit card and I have proof of payment through apple emailing me, but i cannot seem to find any help on how to unfreeze my account without re-subscribing. On apple, it says my subscription is good until september 18, 2019.

    Welcome to the forum, @tarynsinclair! I'm sorry for the trouble. It sounds as if you may have either opened up more than one 1Password account, or you may need to (re)apply this purchase to your account. It could also be that you're signed into Apple using a different Apple ID than the one you purchased with, above?
