Hi @anyspecial2012,

Can you first check that native messaging is enabled which can be found in the Help > Advanced menu and the option is titled Use Native Messaging protocol. After that can you:

1. Restart your Windows PC.
2. Launch 1Password and unlock.
3. Launch Chrome and test the extension.

There is something else we can try if that doesn't work but let's see if we're successful with those steps first.

We will try to help but I think we need more details.

1. Are you on a Mac or Windows PC?
2. What version of 1Password do you have installed?
3. What version of our extension do you have installed in Chrome?
4. If you click the 1Password button in the Chrome toolbar does a 1Password menu appear?

There may be further questions but these will help us better understand what to ask next.
