Client has been logged out of 1Password application on her devices, and we are looking for the account details so that we can log back in.

    Hi @ArdellG

    Only your client would have knowledge of or access to their credentials for 1Password. Those details are never known by us and cannot be reset (without starting over). If your client is part of a 1Password Teams or 1Passsword Families membership then another organizer or administrator on the membership may be able to assist them in recovering their account:
