Mac/web client is not being updated from entries on my iOS clients on my Team account. For example:

I have a credit card I put into my iOS OnePasswrod client that is not syncing to my Mac application This is the same with both the web client OR the Mac OS client.

If I add an entry in the MAC or Web client, it DOES sync to the iOS client.

Any ideas why?

    Hello @mkietzman,

    Is it possible that you have two accounts added to 1Password for iOS? It sounds like items you are adding on iOS are being added to a vault on another account which isn't the one on your MacOS device.

    Example:
    iOS has accounts A and B: (account A is primary)
    iOS is saving items to account A, but also sees items for account B

    MacOS has account B only:
    MacOS adds items to account B, which iOS sees because it also has account B.

    Once you get to the accounts section you will be able to see the accounts you have on the app. If you have more than 1 for iOS, then you need to determine which of the accounts is the one you are using with your other devices. You can reset the app using these instructions and re add only the one account that you need on iOS: https://support.1password.com/starting-over/
