Hi,

It asks me my master password when I try to fill a password, but the keyboard is very big and the field is barely visible. I think it is a bug.

  • Hi @koraykupe

Unfortunately I've seen this with a number of apps, especially on my iPad where I often use a Bluetooth keyboard. You should still be able to successfully enter your Master Password even under these conditions. In many cases restarting the device will resolve this issue.

So, is it an iOS bug? I'll try to restart the device and let you know if it works.

I'm not sure it's a bug, but certainly not ideal for usability. I do seem to encounter this more on the smaller size iPads though. Not sure that's a priority given the iPad mini hasn't seen a new model for years...but we'll see if there's some news in that area this week.

Btw, I use iPad Air2, not a mini.

  • Thanks :+1:

I still face this issue on my iPad Air 2 and it is annoying. I haven't seen such a problem on another app. Is there a fix?

  • Not yet, but development is aware of the issue and is investigating the cause.

Any progress? It is still the same on the latest iOS app.

If we can find a way to work around the iOS keyboard, you'll see it in an update.
