Welcome to the forum, @wallace8343! I'm sorry for the difficulty. Without a little more information, however, it's difficult to say what might be wrong and how we can best help. Can you please tell us:
- What specific version of 1Password for Mac do you have installed
- What specific version of macOS are you using
- What specific version of 1Password for iOS do you have installed
- How are you syncing your 1Password data, on both the iPhone and the Mac? 1password.com account? Dropbox? Something else?
