Prompt to update existing password
I am not being prompted to update existing password on iPad or iPhone ... works great on iMac
results is when I update the password while on iPad or iPhone platform, I am out of synch

@eoelerich - I'm sorry for the trouble! If items are not syncing between devices, then it's possible you're using different sync methods on the different devices. You only told us "cloud" for your sync method; can you be a little more specific? Please open Preferences > Sync in 1Password for Mac and let us know what your vault(s) are using for sync. If it's Dropbox, please check the specific file path to the sync keychain. Then on your iOS devices, check Settings > Sync and do the same. Thanks!
