I started a subscription just before needing to wipe my computer's hard drive and am unable to acces
I was using standalone license for years but added a subscription just before experiencing problems with my computer which required me to wipe my hard drive and restore from time machine (Mac) but 1 password data didn't restore - when I downloaded the basic app it pulled in old passwords and information, but I was unable to access the new account because I lost the secret key when I wiped the hard drive. I emailed about 2 weeks ago regarding this and haven't gotten any response. I would like to be able to recover all the data from my previous standalone account and probably just cancel the subscription due to the lack of support.
