Hey @DoubleSpeed. Welcome to the forum! 👋
1Password X doesn't currently have the ability to prompt you to save Logins after submitting a form. To save or update Logins, you'll want to use the Save in 1Password option in the inline menu before signing in. For example, if you manually enter your current credentials for the website and focus in the password field, 1Password should automatically present a Save in 1Password option. If you click that option, you'll be given the option to save those credentials as a new Login in 1Password.
Let me know if that works for you. 🙂

Interestingly for this site, https://synergy.voicemail.timico.co.uk/ 1Password does not show inline?

Hmm. That's not surprising. It has only "phone number" and "PIN" fields. Not at all typical of a login page.
