Got a new phone & lost access to 1password app
I got a new phone. When I opened 1password app. I kept getting error msg re: Dropbox. Then the screen went blank. J deleted and reloaded 1password. Now I can’t access my password info. It asks for a key code which I don’t have. I have my email & master password. But that’s not enough. I don’t ever remember having Dropbox! Pls help.

@dcreeder02: What is the specific error? Based on the rest of your description though, it sounds like not everything restored properly when you setup your new phone. You just need to setup 1Password again with your existing data though and you should be all set.
To be clear though, you will only have an account if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. Instead, you can use 1Password without an account and sync your data from another device or create a new vault. Where do you have your 1Password data currently?
