Having trouble with family setup

Hi,

I've signed up for a family account and am trying to add my partner to the account.

I sent her an invitation and she created a new account. We added her passwords to this account.

The problem has been signing her in on the MacOS app. I've created separate accounts for us on the computer, and on her computer account I reset the 1Password MacOS app and added her newly created account. Signed in ok, but none of her logins or vaults appear in the app. it just appears to be blank. How do I get her vaults to appear?

    Seems to have sorted itself out. Maybe just took a while for the app to sync with 1Password.com
