No sync issue but login not actually syncing.

Look at this: I recently created a login for HP on my macbook. It won't show up on the iOS app, despite all sync apparently going well.





App 7.2.1 on the macbook (Mac OS 10.14)
App 7.2.1 on iPhone (iOS 12.0.1)

1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Just got another one: I created a login on the iOS app. It synced to the Mac app through Dropbox, but now I cannot find this login on the iOS app.

    Is there anyone at 1password who cares about the app being broken?

    I don’t typically work Saturdays or Sundays so I’m just seeing your message here on the forum now. Please understand it isn’t a matter of not caring; everybody deserves a day off once in a while.
