i can't login to i password because I don't know my secret key. Where can I find it?
I'm unable to log in to i password because I don't know my secret key. Don't think I ever had one. Ive used the app for a long time. this is a new problem,

@jbhowell This is a support forum, not a chat room. An AgileBit staffer will be along shortly to help. Meanwhile, If you want to send another message, you could move things along nicely by including some of the info requested at the bottom of your first post. Specific 1Password version; Ext. ver.; OS version; Sync type.
If I had to guess from the info you have provided, it looks like you changed from a stand-alone 1Password to a subscription-based 1Password (which is the only way to get a secret key). hth0 -

You’ll only have a Secret Key if you have a 1Password subscription membership. If you do not have a subscription you will not have a Secret Key and thus will not be able to log in on or sync via 1Password.com. In that case you could either sync via a 3rd party service — Dropbox or iCloud, or sign up for a membership:

To see the 3rd party options on iOS you’d need to scroll down on the 1Password welcome screen.
