Trial Ends - Account Frozen - Unable to login /recover or purchase subscription
My trial ran out and my account was frozen. I wanted to purchase a subscription but it seems my secret key is invalid so I can't purchase or login to 1password.com.

@meschenbaum: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. Instead, you can use 1Password without and account and sync your data from another device (as you seem to be doing with Dropbox) or create a new vault.
However, you may want to consider a 1Password.com membership, since it gives you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data. You can try it for free for 30 days to take advantage of all of its benefits.
Either way, let me know if you have any questions. :)

Correct, I have been using for years but got new device that forced 1Password 7 upgrade. I created an account for 1password.com for trial but my trial expired before I could setup subscription. I still have 1password 6, but I would like a subscription to services versus the individual license.
However, my frozen account is not allowing me to login to 1password.com. Thus I'm unable to sign up for subscription or create a new account because my email address is in-use by frozen account.
How can I get into my account to setup subscription?

@meschenbaum: I can't imagine what "new device that forced 1Password 7 upgrade", and having a frozen account does not prevent you from signing in. That just makes the account read-only. But you will not be able to sign up for another individual account using the same email address. Why not just sign into your existing account instead of creating yet another?

I can't sign-in to existing account as it says my secret key is invalid now.

@meschenbaum: Thanks for clarifying. In that case, you're either entering it incorrectly (perhaps you changed it at some point), or you've used the wrong sign in address and therefore an entirely different Secret Key is being requested. Regardless, if you just want to start over, we can help you with that. Shoot us an email at sales@1password.com from your account's registered email address and post the Support ID you receive here so we can take a look. :)
