Can't login with iCloud password

My 1Password iPhone and Mac applications tell me that there is existing data (vault) data in my iCloud account. But when I enter a vault password it tells me that "profile is missing or locked". I'm attempting to unlock the vault using my current vault password. However the hint for the vault password is one that I used a very long time ago and that still doesn't work.

    Hi @napoleone

    Which device are you getting this error message on? Do you have any vaults added to 1Password on the device you are getting the message on?
