I keep being sent to new trial when I attempt to start a family subscription
My trial is up today, I think. I've never received a response to my question, "How do I start an annual family subscription from my 30-day trial?" I keep getting sent to "start a new trial".

@grzesiek: Where are you trying to sign up? In one of the apps, through the website? In either case, if you choose the "family" option, that will put you on that plan and you can start inviting family members immediately:
