It often messes up when filling the current password

Hi,

On update password pages of some websites, It fills also the new password field. If I generated & filled the new password first, I have to open the saved password and copy&paste it again or generate a new one.

Then, I should remove the saved password if I did the latter.

How can this process be improved? I don't think websites use the same field names for current and new passwords. It can be distinguished somehow.

    Hi @koraykupe,

    What I would recommend doing is filling the current password field first as the way that the Password Generator works it will fill any empty password fields. That should help to minimise the weirdness but yes, ideally 1Password would only fill the correct fields each time. It is something we have to work on.
