new/fresh install of Mojave on 2nd computer - cannot read/import License file

I have 2 Macs on Mojave. Mac 1 = works fine. After installing Mojave on Mac2 - I cannot import the License File that feeds Mac1.

I am leaving on travel and I need to get 1P working on Mac2 ASAP.
