Lost secret key/upgrading from regular iOS to full membership
Can't access my secret key information - I've just emailed sales@1Password.com - I have a ticket # [#ECT-62543-885]. And, today I received notification my credit card is being charged for my membership. I can't access anything!

@oliviaknits: We don't have your Secret Key. Only you ever did. So it's not something we can give to you. Which device/browser are you using your 1Password.com account in currently? You'd be able to find it there:
Find your Secret Key or Setup Code
Otherwise you'd need to have an admin on your account help you recover it or start over.

I'm using iPassword in the iOS app. And, I can still access the information there. I just can't sync to my laptop now. Anytime I need to access the password for any website I have to open my phone.
