App automatically closed when syncing

hi
wie kann ich es verhindern, das mein iPhone bei der Synchronisation, das App 1Passwort immer automatisch schliesst?
Ich habe den Zeitpunkt fürs automatische schließen bereits auf 1 Stunde geändert.
Aber der Monitor am iPhone dunkelt automatisch nach einer Minute ab.

how can I prevent my iPhone from automatically closing the App 1password when syncing?
I have already changed the time for automatic closing to 1 hour.
But the monitor on the iPhone automatically darkens after a minute.

    Hi @WernerBernard

    Could you please check what you have set in the Settings app under Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock? You may need to extend that timout.

    Ja, ich habe das geprüft.
    Ich weiß schon was ich am iPhone verändern muss.

    Ich habe noch ein anderes Problem, was ich bereits früher einmal hatte und was nun wieder austritt.
    Ich habe das mit dem Alex besprochen.
    Ales antwortet mir nicht mehr.
    Hier der Sachverhalt.

    die Lösung für den Umstand, dass Deine Anhänge nicht synchronisiert werden findest Du in diesem Artikel: https://support.1password.com/wlan-attachments/
    Vermutlich wirst Du deinen Tresor in das OPV-Format konvertieren müssen.

    ich habe alles so gemacht wie es da beschrieben stand.
    Alles lief gut.
    Seit gestern werden die Anhänge nur noch am iPad übertagen und nicht mehr an den Handys mit neuem Update.

    Yes, I checked that.
    I already know what I have to change on the iPhone.

    I have another problem, which I already had before and what happens again.
    I discussed that with Alex.
    Ales does not answer me anymore.

    The solution to the fact that your attachments are not synchronized can be found in this article: Artikel: https://support.1password.com/wlan-attachments/
    You'll probably need to convert your vault to the OPV format.

    Hello Alex,
    I did everything as it was described there.
    Everything went well.
    Since yesterday, the attachments are only transmitted on the iPad and not on the phones with a new update.

    My apologies but I'm having trouble following the above message. If you already have an existing conversation going with Alex I'd recommend continuing the conversation there.
