@tom_777 - that's odd; how did you initiate this update? Anyone can visit our downloads page and grab the latest copy, but that's a full installer, not an update mechanism. Is that what you did? Or did you begin a check-for-update procedure from somewhere else?

@tom_777 - please restart 1Password and try again. Quit 1Password 7 Completely by typing
^⌥⌘Q
(or just holding down theControl
andOption
keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu), then restart 1Password by double-clicking from the Applications folder. Let me know how that works for you. :)0 -
