Account recovery, account not used since 2016

Hi, One Password forums,

I'm trying to recover the account that I have not used since 2016. I do not have the secret phrase anymore and I would like to know what options I have available in order to recover the account as I would like to renew the subscription to the account.

If you do not have the credentials for the account it will not be possible to access it, but our sales team can help you start over with a new account. I see you also emailed us about this issue.
