Watch Tower - Inactive 2 factor authentication

In the Watchtower Inactive 2FA section there are sites listed as not having Two-Factor Authentication enabled. However, some of these sites do have 2-factory enabled. Two questions:

1) How in the heck does Watchtower (or anyone else) know whether I have 2 factor enabled for an account)?
2) If a site is listed as not having it enabled, but it is enabled, how do I remove it from that list?

    @BasilFawlty: Watchtower will know if you have two-factor authentication setup for an account when you've set that up in 1Password, in that Login item.

    2) If a site is listed as not having it enabled, but it is enabled, how do I remove it from that list?

    Either setup 1Password to generate the authentication codes, or add the 2FA tag to the item. :)
