Can not open 1password after trying to recover data from icloud vault

Hi:
I have a iphone8 (ios12) with 1password installed, I upgrade the 1password to version 7. Then when I open the 1password, it asked my master password to recover data from icloud, I think my master password is correct, and it enters the "lockhole" screen, then it hangs on there. I retried for a few times, but same thing happens again and again.
