I'm setting up a new iPhoneX on iOS 12.1. 1Password fails to find the primary vault.
I have a new, clean, iPhoneX. I've installed 1Password and Dropbox but 1Password refuses to see my primary vault in dropbox/1Password.agilekeychain_folder it is working fine on my iPad (and on my iPhoneX) but only if I restore from a backup, not when I do a clean install. I found this knowledgebase article https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/79569/unable-to-sync-vault-from-dropbox-on-new-ipad and I've tried everything in here. One thing is that this vault is OLD! It is in a folder structure, not a keychain! This works fine on my Mac, Windows and my iPad, just not on the clean, empty, new iPhone. Help, please! (I've also tried moving the whole folder too, that didn't work).
1Password Version: Latest on iOS, 6.8.9 on MacOS
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 12.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

Hi @PhatToneUK
Agile Keychain is no longer supported in the latest versions of 1Password. To continue you would need to upgrade to the OPVault keychain format:
How to switch to the OPVault format from Agile Keychain | 1Password
I hope that helps!

Perfect! Thank you! I thought it might be the age of the vault. I've never been asked to upgrade the database/vault format, it might be an idea to force an upgrade for us longterm users... :-)

1Password 7 will force the upgrade if you upgrade on Mac or Windows. :) Glad to hear that worked out.
