Frozen account in the family plan

Guys, I haven't been using your service for a while and my account is frozen. I was previously on the family plan and now when I go to update billing information and subscribe again I can see a price of $4 per month when billed annually. When i go to your website though if shows 4.99 per month when billed annually? Which one is correct?

    1Password Families is $4.99 USD + tax / month when billed annually (one annual charge of $59.88 USD + tax).
